Miyazaki Country Club
One of Miyazaki's best seaside courses facing the Hyuga Sea.
A historic golf course opened in 1960, located about 5 minutes by car from Miyazaki Bougainvillea Airport. It is a seaside course that hosts the LPGA Tour Championship Ricoh Cup and is popular with players from Japan and abroad. Nishitachi
An entertainment district where you can enjoy the local food and alcohol.
This area is the largest entertainment district in Miyazaki City with more than 1,500 restaurants. Many lanterns are hung on both sides of the street, so there is a retro and warm atmosphere. You can savor the food and alcohol of Miyazaki (e.g., local chicken, Miyazaki beef and Shochu).

Obi Castle / Obi Castle Town
A castle town where the old townscape of Japan remains.
Obi castle has many splendid gated samurai residences surrounded by stone walls and mortar fences can still be found here. These provide a reminder of the days when samurai were present. It is known as a famous spot for cherry blossoms in the spring.

Udo Shrine
This is a shrine famous for superb scenery overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the road leading to the main shrine building. The main shrine building is located inside a cave, so it has a mysterious atmosphere. There are statues of rabbits, the messengers of god, in places throughout the grounds of this shrine. It is said that your wishes will come true by stroking them.

Sun Messe Nichinan
This is a park symbolized by seven moai statues restored with permission from Easter Island - a unique sight in the world. The sight of the moai statues lined up against a background of the blue sky and the majestic Pacific Ocean is stunning. There are also shops and restaurants, so you can taste local foods.

Aoshima Shrine
Aoshima Shrine is located on Aoshima. It is famous as a shrine which answers prayers for marriage. Many couples and women visit this shrine from all over Japan.
The heart-shaped artworks in the grounds of the shrine, the ema wooden plaques which are hung up after visitors write their wishes down on them and love fortune telling slips that predict love are popular.
There is also a place where you can pray for good luck by tying string with different colors depending on your wish or by throwing earthenware dishes in a special place.

Takachiho
Takachiho Gorge is one of Japan's representative scenic spots, designated as a national scenic natural monument in 1934 as the Gokase River Gorge. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Miyazaki Prefecture and is popular both inside and outside the prefecture. Amano Iwato Shrine

Amano Yasugawara
It is said to be a cave where eight million gods gathered to consult in order to bring out the hidden Amaterasu Omikami.

Founded in 1967, Gyoza no Mawatari is a gyoza specialty store located in Takanabe Town, Miyazaki Prefecture. Takanabe-cho is famous as a gyoza town, boasting top-class gyoza consumption in Japan.
”Mawatari” is a well-known store that competes for the number one place in Takanabe Town. You can enjoy Miyazaki's famous gyoza dumplings, which are baked in an iron pot that has been used for over 50 years.
